Travis Banks made his pro-wrestling debut in Wellington five years ago and has since wrestled all over the country and the world, with tours to Australia, Japan, and the Midwestern United States.

 

In 2012, Banks was selected to spend three months in the heart of Tokyo, Japan, living and training at the Pro Wrestling Zero1 Dojo. Banks returned to New Zealand in March 2013, and went on to capture the IPW New Zealand Heavyweight Championship.

 

Later in 2013, Travis spent three months in the Midwestern United States training with current TNA star Davey Richards. He wrestled for several promotions including AAW, IWA Mid-South, St. Louis Anarchy, and Ring of Honor. He has been independently voted New Zealand's best wrestler for the past three years in the NZPWI People's Choice Awards.

 

Travis currently resides in Auckland, where he appears regularly for Impact Pro Wrestling.
